Inspection and refurbishment
Every unit is put on our lift before it is listed. What we find goes on the listing, item by item, with a date.
What we inspect
- Engine start, idle and smoke
- Hour meter, odometer and pump controller readings, photographed
- Boom pins, bushes and cylinder seals
- Hopper, S-valve, spectacle plate and cutting ring wear
- Delivery cylinders and pistons
- Tyres, brakes, lights and cab electrics
- Registration papers and outstanding finance
What we film for you
Before you pay, we film your unit: engine start with the hour meter in frame, boom unfold and slew, and a pumping test with water. The clips are attached to the listing and sent to you.
Refurbishment
Refurbishment is priced per unit and listed on the proforma invoice: repaint, boom pin and bush replacement, new delivery cylinders and pistons, tyres, hopper wear parts. We only fit what you order. Photos of the work are sent before dispatch.
Come to the yard
The yard is on Huangxing Avenue, Changsha County, close to Changsha Huanghua International Airport. Tell us your flight and we collect you. Buyers are welcome to bring their own inspector.
