Shipping a pump truck from China: routes, papers, timing
What happens between the deposit and the machine arriving at your site.
After the deposit we service the unit, fit the parts you ordered and prepare the export declaration, commercial invoice and packing list. This takes one to three weeks depending on refurbishment.
Road and rail: Russia via Manzhouli and Erenhot, Central Asia via Khorgos and Alashankou. Transit is typically two to four weeks. Sea: from Shanghai on a flat rack or RoRo to Bandar Abbas, the Gulf, North, West and East Africa; four to eight weeks depending on the port.
Import duties, VAT and any age limits on used machinery are set by your country. We give you the HS code, year and emission standard so your broker can confirm the rules before you buy.
You receive loading photos and video, the bill of lading or rail waybill, and the scanned documents by e-mail. For road and rail we confirm the border crossing.
